Our Values

1) We show up, consistently.

Day in and day out, we show up as the same person. We are professionals and hold ourselves to a professional standard. Our athletes know what level of energy to expect from us, what type of interaction to expect from us, and what level of coaching to expect from us. This does not change just because we’re having a bad day.

2) We care, intensely.

We care A TON about what we do and the people we do it for. We are obsessed about the craft and we are relentlessly focused on helping our athletes achieve their goals.

3) We know a lot, but never enough.

We’re intelligent people with an insatiable curiosity to learn more. We’re confident in our skillset, yet humble enough to know that we have much to learn. Furthermore, we love learning. We think science is dope and often get lost in rabbit holes trying to learn more just for the sake of learning more.

4) We are strong in our pursuit of excellence.

Being good isn’t good enough, we want to be the best in the world at what we do and our actions reflect that.

5) We prioritize agility over mass.

This isn’t talking about the physical qualities. I’m talking about keeping expenses and obligations low, so we don’t have to sacrifice our mission and other values to make ends meet. We aren’t searching to become a giant corporate entity. Instead, we cling to the ability to respond quickly to change and thrive in uncertain environments.

 6) We obsess over the details.

We sweat the small stuff. Little things add up to big things. Yes, it matters that the lasers are set up exactly at 33’ and not an inch off. Yes, it matters if the shin shoots back on rep 3 of a 3RM reverse lunge. Yes, it matters if the green arrows on the boxes are facing down. If you think that stuff doesn’t matter, then go work somewhere else.

7) We happen to the world, not vice versa.

We’re high-agency, go-getters. We show up on time, we meet all deadlines well in advance, we identify and solve problems on our own, we take ownership of our work, and if one of our colleagues needs assistance, we step in.

8) We exist to serve.

We weren’t put on this earth merely to optimize our own existence, but to serve God and serve our fellow human beings. In this story, our athlete is the hero and we are the guide. This story isn’t about us. It’s not about how athletic we are or how smart we are, but about the outcomes that athletes receive.
