We don’t do one-off, drop-in sessions.
Sometimes we lose business because of that, but that’s okay with me.
We have principles and we stick to them.
We’re chasing real results with the right athletes; we’re not trying to make a quick buck by putting someone through a workout with no end-goal in mind.
The two most important variables for long-term progress in training are consistency and intensity.
More simply, do you show up regularly over a long period of time and do you work your tail off when you show up?
Everything else is just icing on the cake.
I’m a training and rehab nerd, so I sweat the small details and love writing intricate, nuanced, individualized programs.
But, that all means nothing if you show up once or twice a month and/or give 50% effort when you walk through the door.
What you do matters, but it isn’t as important as how you do it.
Show up today. Work harder than anyone else in the room. Repeat tomorrow.
That’s how you get to where you want to be.
Best,
Zach
